Mysore is the traditional method of learning and practicing Ashtanga Yoga, a flowing vinyasa yoga practice linking conscious breathing, traditional postures, and focused attention into a moving meditation.
The process is like receiving private and highly personalized yoga instruction within a shared group space. Your teacher guides you personally through a few movements and breaths at a time, then you memorize your sequence and explore it in harmony with the needs of your own breath, body and energy. Consistent practice cultivates strength, flexibility, concentration and deep inner connection.
Mysore Ashtanga can meet practitioners of any age, fitness level, or body type where they are and adaptations are given to make the practice accessible and sustainable for each unique person.
No yoga experience or preparation is necessary; this practice meets you exactly where you today!
ASHTANGA TC SCHEDULE:
Mondays 10am: Mysore
Tuesdays 6am: Mysore
Wednesdays 10am: Mysore
Thursdays 6am: Mysore
Fridays 6am and 10am: Mysore
*Some* Sundays 8am: Led Primary Series
*No classes on moon days or holidays:
December 4: Full Moon
December 19: Full Moon
December 24, 25, 26: Holiday Break
Tuition is offered on a sliding scale of $125-$300 per month.
Practitioners attend classes 2-6 days per week according to their own needs and schedules.
