I have recently completed my 200-hour RYT certification through Breathe Together Yoga. I am dedicated to helping others embrace the practice of yoga, connect with their truth, cultivate forgiveness, and open their hearts. Through a blend of Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Basics, slow flow, and stretching, I focus on strengthening the body, enhancing flexibility, and creating ease—empowering students to access clarity of mind, inner peace, and personal insights.
