We have a little news As some of you may already know we have been looking for a charity to support for quite some time. By pure chance I was contacted by Yoga Stops Traffick a few weeks ago and have decided to support them as I feel it aligns with all that we do at Sangha

The are currently under the support of https://www.adventureashram.org whilst they get back off the ground following their step back from charitable status
On the 14th March we will be running an ashtanga event for two hours studio and on line with all proceeds going to YST
And if we can organise there will also be some merchandise from them to purchase
