ABC Lettings manager Gareth Harmer will share service updates. Coral Allon our Warm Home Grants Officer will outline current funding and energy‑efficiency opportunities.

Guest speakers include Suzanne Smith (The Independent Landlord) and Osai Joseph (NRLA), who will outline the upcoming Renters Rights Act changes taking effect on 1st May.

You will also hear from KCC’s No Use Empty team, Kent County Council’s long running scheme that helps bring empty homes back into use through funding and support.

In addition, Stour Environmental Credits Ltd will introduce their septic tank upgrade scheme, delivered through National Rivers Consortium, supporting sustainable development across the Stour catchment.

A representative from Domna Homes will also join us to explain how they support private landlords with meeting MEES requirements through tech led assessments and hassle free retrofit solutions.

Refreshments and a buffet style lunch will be provided. Registration for the event opens at 09:30am.
