Join us for unlimited color, music, and fun at Asha Stanford Holi 2026 on Saturday, May 9th at Sand Hill Fields, Stanford, CA.

Like last year, this year's Holi will be a one-day-only event. Choose from multiple time slots, or purchase a full-day ticket to enjoy the festivities all day long.

• Select any Saturday time slot on Eventbrite and choose the "Full-Day Ticket" option.
• Regardless of which slot you select, full-day tickets give you access to all time slots on Saturday.
• After each session, attendees will briefly exit while our team resets the field (approx. 20 minutes). You’ll be allowed back in once cleanup is complete.
• Note: Color will not be available during clean-up breaks, but music and food will continue.

This time slot is designated as the Stanford Students’ Preferred Section, and students are especially encouraged to attend. It will feature a vibrant mix of Bollywood and English music, while all other sessions will play Bollywood music exclusively.

Refunds are available until May 2nd, 2026. No refund requests will be accepted after this date.

Stanford affiliates are able to attend the event for free.

To receive your free ticket:

• Use your @stanford.edu email address when registering on Eventbrite
• Enter your SUID when prompted
• Bring your Stanford ID to the event

Tickets purchased without a valid Stanford email and SUID will be canceled.
Stanford guests can purchase tickets at general admission prices.

Holi celebrates the arrival of spring with color, joy, and community. We’ll have over 5,000 lbs of food-grade color powder to bring the spirit of the festival to life.

All net proceeds support ASHA for Education, a volunteer-run nonprofit that funds educational initiatives for underprivileged children in India. Asha operates with minimal overhead and a strong focus on transparency and accountability.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I cancel my ticket?
Yes, 100% refunds are available until April 30. It may take up to 5 business days for the refund to process.

Are tickets available at the door?

Yes, purchasable online while tickets last.

Do kids need tickets?

• Children under 4: No ticket needed
• Ages 4–12: Purchase a youth ticket

Do I need to bring a printed ticket?
No. Tickets can be scanned from your phone or a printed copy.

Can someone else use my ticket?
Yes, except for Stanford student tickets, which must be used by the student whose SUID was entered. Student ID is required for entry.

Can I use my ticket for a different time slot?
No. Tickets are only valid for the specific time slot listed.

Can I buy a ticket from someone on Craigslist?
We strongly advise against this. Every year, fake or canceled tickets are reported. Each ticket is scanned only once. Duplicate or overpriced tickets may be denied at the gate.

Will food be available?
Yes, Indian food will be available for purchase inside the venue.

Are there youth whole day tickets?

We do not offer youth whole day tickets, as we strongly advise having youth at the Stanford Students' Preferred Section from 4:00pm-6:30pm. You are welcome to purchase youth tickets for the first two time slots.

What happens if it rains?
In case of rain or extreme weather, organizers will announce any cancellation at least three days in advance. If the event is canceled due to weather, 50% of the ticket price will be refunded.

What can I bring?
Please avoid bringing bags, as there is no storage. Only bring items you don’t mind getting color on. A ziplock bag is recommended for protecting your phone.

Prohibited items:

• Alcohol, drugs, tobacco (including e-cigarettes)
• Animals
• Noisemakers, water guns/toys, balloons
• Fruits/vegetables (unless pre-cut), balls or projectiles
• Bikes, scooters, skateboards, rollerblades
• Fireworks, laser pointers, remote-controlled devices
• Strollers or portable chairs (unless ADA-compliant)
• Weapons or replica weapons
• Offensive or inappropriate clothing

Note: If you bring any of these items, we reserve the right to deny entry or ask you to leave the event.

Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed.
