Begin this Lent with time set apart to enter gently into the season’s invitation. Guided by the beauty of seasonal art, the wisdom of scripture, and the depth of poetry, this retreat offers space to listen more closely to the stirrings of the soul. Group meditation and time alone for prayer and personal reflection, allow silence to speak and stillness to deepen. This program is led by Dr. Terri Lynn Simpson.
The retreat ends at 11:45. Participants are welcome to stay for the noon Ash Wednesday Holy Eucharist in the Cathedral nave.
Space is limited. Advanced registration is required and closes at 5 pm on February 17. Register using the button below. There is never a cost for worship at the Cathedral. The registration fee covers costs for the retreat. The Ash Wednesday Holy Eucharist is free and open to the public.
