I want to invite all friends and family of Graham McCumber to an Ash Circle this weekend in support of Graham, facilitated by me, Amber Van Cleave, with assistance from Brandon Mason. It will be on Saturday August 16 from 4-7 PM at the Opaloka, 39675 Panorama Road. Parking is in the SE corner of the property, carpooling is encouraged.
As Brandon says, “Graham is really hurting, and feels like his dreams for his life can no longer be accomplished. And I think there are more in the community who feel that way. This is an opportunity for us to be together and witness what's real with Graham's situation, and maybe find within that healing on our own paths as well.”
Ash Circle is a conflict resolution ritual in the style of an African (Dagara) ritual modeled by Sobonfu Somé. It has been used in support of both interpersonal and internal states of conflict and turmoil. Participants please bring a full water bottle and snacks as needed.
