"ASGC Student Tickets" are available for purchase by GSAS Masters (M.A) and Ph.D. students in recognized constituent departments of ASGC ONLY.

See Appendix I of the ASGC Constitution or this link for recognized departments.

If you are not a GSAS Masters or Ph.D. student your ticket order will be cancelled and you will NOT get a refund.

Please ensure that you have selected the correct ticket type when purchasing.

You will need to show your Columbia ID to enter, but do not need physical tickets for this event.

• Can I bring a guest?
• Up to two tickets are allowed per order. The purchaser must be a registered ASGC represented student; the guest does not have to be ASGC. Guests cannot buy tickets without an ASGC student as the primary ticketholder. The price for guest tickets may be higher.
• The event is sold out. Will there be more tickets available?
• We release all tickets at once. If the event is sold out, there are no more tickets available at this time. You can add yourself to the waitlist. We will notify you via Eventbrite OR direct email in case of a cancellation.

• If you can no longer attend, you may request a refund, but refunds are not guaranteed, and fees may be subtracted.

All ticket buyers must carefully read the following precautions:

1. All attendees must be 21 years or older (with a valid ID).

2. Real-name ticket purchase. One person can buy more than one ticket.

3. Participants need to show student ID AND government ID and conduct on-site verification when entering the event. It is not allowed to lend ID, steal ID, or enter the event with identity information of others.

4. Please do not bring any contraband into the event.

5. Please note that the audience may be photographed or videotaped.

6. Tickets are non-refundable.

7. There is no luggage storage available on the cruise. Guests are kindly requested not to bring large items on board. Please note that we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to unattended belongings.
