Healer, Guide, Music Artist
Sarah is an intuitive healing artist and spiritual guide whose work bridges the mystical and the tangible. Known for her grounding yet radiant presence, she creates immersive experiences that invite others to release energetic weight, reawaken their inner light, and embody their most authentic selves.
A twice-certified Reiki Master Teacher (Usui and Holy Fire Karuna) with a background in music, Sarah blends energy work, guided meditation, and soulful sound to hold space where transformation feels both sacred and joyful. Her approach is rooted in love, clarity, and deep respect for the unique journey of every soul she meets.
Called to San Diego by spirit in 2025, Sarah is now co-creating Ascension Lounge with The Metta Space, a meditation experience designed to elevate the senses and nurture the soul. Through this and her private sessions, she offers a sanctuary for healing, self-discovery, and remembrance of who we truly are.
