ASC Functional Strength Competition (Day 2)

The ASC Functional Strength Competition (ASCFSC) measures your functional strength through five tests.

Day 2 of the competition includes four tests: chin-ups, dumbbell bench press, dumbbell lunges, and dumbbell side plank holds.

This special event includes a competitive division and an option to test yourself without competing. Full details are at ArlingtonSC.com/fsc.

• All levels are welcome.
• Wear athletic clothing and bring a water bottle and a towel.
• We are unable to accept walk-ins. Online registration closes before the session.
• This event will begin on time. We do not want to have to turn you away for arriving late.
