The Australian Sporting Alliance for Disability (ASAPD) collaborates, advocates, and facilitates inclusive sport and active recreation for people with a disability, impairment, or limitation. The ASAPD is a collaboration between the National Sporting Organisations for People with a Disability (NSODs), that has been established with the support of Australian Sports Commission. With over 55,000 members across 8 NSODs we put you in the heart of key stakeholders delivering disability sport programs from grassroots to elite.

ASAPD was established in 2022. The inaugural 2026 Disability and Sport Forum (Friday, 20 March 2026) offers:

  • A unique chance for sport and disability leaders to connect
  • Access to the latest trends, insights, and lived experiences from ASAPD Members and sector partners
  • Practical strategies and actionable ideas to strengthen advocacy and inclusion initiatives for Australians with disability

The Forum will be co-MC’d by six-time Deaflympian Cindy-Lu Bailey-Fitzpatrick OAM and dual Paralympian Katie Kelly OAM, bringing their experience and leadership to the day’s program.

Numbers are limited, secure your ticket today - this event is expected to sell out quickly.
