- INTRO -Join us for a transformative series of workshops that delve into the elements of Earth, Water, Fire, and Air, each session dedicated to exploring the interconnectedness of physical poses, emotional well-being, and hints of Ayurvedic principles. From grounding and fluidity, igniting inner strength, to elevating perspectives through inversions, this series offers a holistic approach to yoga practice that nurtures both body and mind.

- ABOUT THIS ASANA LAB -
Fire: we will build heat and inner strength through core work and backbends. This Asana Lab will mainly focus on our upper body, with a specific section on our shoulders. Backbends can often feel intimidating, through this practice we will explore the various movements of the spine, the richness of our shoulder's mobility and the great assistance of our core, providing tools for safe and effective movement research. Through this exploration we will also touch on some Pitta-balancing practices for emotional regulation.
