- ABOUT THIS ASANA LAB -
Air: Explore lightness and agility with handstands and inversions, offering strategies for Vata stabilisation and mental clarity. We will start a pathway of getting more confidence being upside-down, which will nourish us with a new perspective of reality. After having worked through the foundations principle of our hips and shoulders will explore the basic principle of inversions and balancing. This process will offer us the opportunity to discover our courage and internal wisdom.
