Asahi are taking over Manchester in April for a celebration of one of the Premier League’s hottest rivalries – Manchester City vs Arsenal.
Across the weekend of Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th April, The New Cross will transform into an immersive hub of football, fashion and art – highlighting the culture that exists between two of the nation’s biggest teams.
'Asahi Studio' will open across the matchday weekend and will feature a bespoke limited edition jersey drop. Just 200 will be available for attendees, with artist Navinder Nangla on hand to create unique customisation.
As an official global sponsor of both Manchester City and Arsenal, Asahi are bringing together creatives, designers and journalists from across the football landscape to define what football culture really looks like.
Saturday’s takeover will see Arsenal legend Patrick Vieira sit down alongside former Manchester City defender Steph Houghton before a DJ set will carry the vibes late into the night.
On Sunday some of the biggest names in the football culture scene will share valuable insights on being a creative, expressing sport through art and showing up where it matters before the highly anticipated clash kicks off.
