While we were so looking forward to celebrating the magic of Spring with you, we’re excited to announce that the Mansion has secured a bid for much-needed love, restoration, and maintenance work. Construction is set to begin this coming Monday, and is a vital step in preserving and caring for this historic Millbury treasure.
We appreciate your understanding, and continued support of Asa Waters Mansion. We can't wait to welcome you back to the Mansion once construction is completed! Stay tuned for details, and upcoming events in the near future!

Families are invited to celebrate the joy of Spring, and the magic of Easter at the historic Asa Waters Mansion, on Saturday, April 4, 2026, located at 123 Elm Street, Millbury, MA for Breakfast with the Easter Bunny.
This festive family-friendly event offers families and the community the opportunity to enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast while celebrating the season in one of Millbury’s most beloved historic landmarks. Guests will be welcomed at 9:00am, with a special opportunity for children to meet and take photos with the Easter Bunny, followed by a buffet breakfast at 9:30am. The carefully prepared breakfast menu will include, scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese, poached eggs Florentine on focaccia with spinach mornay sauce, applewood smoked bacon, maple breakfast sausage, French toast with blackberry brandy syrup and maple syrup, fruit and toppings on the side, morning potatoes with herbs, peppers and onion, coffee and beverages.
This event is designed to bring families together for a memorable Spring morning filled with laughter, photos, and community connection.

Admission is $42 for adults, and $24 for children under age 12. Advanced registration is required.
