Join John David Berdahl at Unglued’s Craftatorium for “As Seen On TV,” where he brings over three years of experience working on diverse projects for North Dakota Today to life through engaging, step-by-step demonstrations. His extensive portfolio includes therapeutic painting, sculpture, digital art, tie-dye, mosaics, mixed media, and seasonal crafts like holiday projects and Halloween masks, all designed to inspire creativity and boost confidence. In this workshop, participants will create a project inspired by Matisse’s “Jazz” cut paper collages, focusing on the technique of painting with scissors—transforming colorful paper into expressive, layered artwork. This activity will explore how Matisse’s innovative approach to collage can empower artists to assemble and reimagine their compositions, fostering a sense of creative freedom and emotional expression in a fun, supportive environment.
This workshop is Saturday, March 14 10am at the Unglued Craftatorium at Brewhalla - 1702 1st Ave N, Fargo, ND 58102 (attached to Drekker Brewing - you'll find this workshop room on Brewhalla's 2nd floor!). Ages adult and older teen. Each attendee must be a ticket holder.
Your registration includes: supplies and instruction to create your collage art piece.

After that we don't give refunds as supplies are already purchased unless if we are able to utilize a wait list based on demand, but you can transfer it to another person!
