Connect Out, in partnership with Connect Women, are delighted to invite you to our 13th Annual Lecture, a cornerstone event that brings us all together for an evening of insightful discussions and networking. Just after National Inclusion Week, it’s a great opportunity to come along and celebrate with us.
This year’s Annual Lecture is titled ‘The Fabric of Identity: Self, Style, and Progression in the Workplace’. We'll be discussing the challenges of expressing and presenting your authentic self in the workplace, exploring the ways in which LGBTQ+ people and women might decide how they are or aren't seen at work – and how they may navigate decisions around visibility, and delving into how we can reduce these barriers – particularly in the workplace to foster a more inclusive environment.
