Join the Student Arts Foundation for a vibrant day of creativity designed for Rochester youth ages 5–16! Arts Day brings local arts organizations together to provide hands-on workshops in clay & ceramics, creative design, dance, drawing & painting, music, photography, printmaking, and robotics (STEAM).

Each student will spend the day working closely with one arts organization to complete a project that will be showcased at the end of the event. Families will also have the opportunity to learn more about Rochester’s incredible arts community and how to stay connected beyond Arts Day.

Info: The Arts Day Showcase is a celebratory moment that brings everyone together at the end of the event to highlight the creativity and accomplishments of the students. After spending the day working with their assigned arts organization, students will present or display the projects they created throughout the workshop. Families and community members will have the opportunity to walk through the space, view student work, and learn more about the organizations that led each activity. The showcase not only celebrates the students’ artistic efforts but also gives participating arts organizations a chance to share more about their programs and how youth can stay involved in the arts beyond Arts Day.
