Spring cleaning is soon approaching, which means it’s the perfect time to DE-STASH your craft supplies. What a great way to get your unused craft supplies into the hands of a maker who will enjoy creating something new!Now is the time to take an honest look at your craft supplies and part ways with items you no longer want or need. For the crafter, it can be hard to say goodbye to supplies you once bought with purpose-whether building that birdhouse, knitting a king-size blanket, or making a special piece of jewelry for everyone you know. But just as easy as it is to tack a new project on your to-do list, it's just as easy to allow that list to pile to impossible heights.
There's no shame in dropping these projects. The fact that your old supplies will be transformed into new, beautiful creations once in the hands of another crafter should offer some consolation. You will be able to recoup some of the costs associated with crafts you no longer make (and maybe even shop for some fun new supplies!)
