Our Arts & Minds sessions are designed to help improve wellbeing for people living with dementia and their carers. In response to our 'Planet Ocean' exhibition join artist and sound therapist Carly Seller to co-create a soundscape - a playful, guided process where you will use instruments to reflect on the moods and emotions you feel when you look at the artworks on display.
PLEASE NOTE: A ticket covers 1 x attendee and 1 x carer. Tea, coffee and biscuits included!
