The Arts Access Observation Series gives our arts network the chance to see strong programming in action and reflect together on teaching, learning, and engagement.

This fall, Arts Access Miami is coordinating guided observations with six local organizations. Each host will offer one or two opportunities to sit in on real programs (max 15 observers per visit), followed by a short debrief with the team. Together, we’ll surface concrete strategies you can bring back to your classrooms, studios, and organizations.

Each site highlights one of these pillars of excellent arts education.
- Teaching Artist Growth
Coaching, mentorship, practice feedback, leadership pathways.
- Educational Management
Scheduling, partnerships, safety & logistics, family engagement, data practices.
- Innovative Curriculum Design
Interdisciplinary approaches, SEL integration, tech-enabled learning, culturally responsive pedagogy.
