Artists & Makers Fair 2024: Artist Application

The Artists & Makers Fair 2023 will be held on 29 & 30 November, 2024 at the Lewes Town Hall.

The Artists & Makers is a highly respected event in the Lewes calendar and in 2022 & 2023 we welcomed around 450 during the preview night and 2,500 people to the event throughout the main event day. The event has run for 21 years and throughout this time, this extraordinary event has been a vibrant showcase of creativity, talent and innovation, bringing together local artists, artisans and makers.

The fair will open on Friday night at 18:00 until 20:30 and reopen on Saturday at 09:00.

Deadline: 10 September, 2024

If allocated a stall, the costs of attending the event are:

- Stall holders' fee of £45 for a 6ft stall table on both Friday evening and all day Saturday and includes 2 free cups of tea / coffee per stall

- 15% of stall holders' takings made payable to Friends of Western Road (FWR). This will be collected at the end of the event.

- Donation of a prize for our Instant Prize Draw

Successful applicants will be notified by 30 September, 2024.

We would love to accept all those who apply for a stall, however due to space limitations this is unfortunately not possible.

Artists & Makers Fair is supported by the parents of Western Road Community School. It raises money for the Friends of Western Road (FWR) charity. The funds raised are used to support creativity at the school.
