Now offering two sessions and longer class periods! This DCA art program is a consistent and enriching supplement of art education throughout the school year. Designed for continuous learning, it builds on materials and skills while also incorporating engaging one-day lessons. Drop-ins conveniently available for flexible and always changing schedules. This exciting exploratory fine art class incorporates a variety of mediums, art terminology, history and design. Students will focus on a number of mediums, such as painting, drawing, mixed media, sculpting and more. Completed artworks will be brought home throughout the session, with select pieces held for the Youth Exhibit at the session’s conclusion. All supplies are provided—just come dressed to create and have fun!
Thursdays from 4:30pm-6:00pm
12 weeks class dates: 1/9, 1/16, 1/23, 1/30, 2/6, 2/13, 2/20, 2/27, 3/6, 3/13, 3/20, 4/3 (no class 3/27)
Youth Art Classes Exhibit: Thursday, 4/17 from 6pm-8pm
Grades: K-5th
Cost: $285 pre-pay discount for one 12-week session on either Monday or Thursday.Drop-in for $25 per class.

Registration available online, in person or over the phone for the discounted 12-week session. Deadline to register is 2 days before start of class. If you are redeeming a gift card, please call the office to register. Drop-ins available all session long, payable in the DCA office on the day of class. No pre-registration required for drop-ins.
Fine Print: It is the guardian’s/student’s responsibility to stay home if you are sick. If you have a fever, stay home. If someone in your house is sick, stay home. If you have allergies and can’t control sneezing, and cough please stay home. If you have been exposed or if you show signs of Covid-19, please stay home. If you miss a class, we will work with you on getting the instructions home to students, or possibly have an online option. If class is cancelled by the DCA or Executive Orders, we will refund your remaining classes.
Hand sanitizer is available in all common areas. Please wash hands with soap and water for at least 30 seconds after touching metal surfaces, sneezing, coughing, blowing your nose or using the restroom. In the case of being diagnosed with Covid-19 or show symptoms, immediately notify the DCA by email at [email protected].
