Dear Photography Enthusiasts,
JRRMC PHOTOGRAPHY CLUB proudly announces 8th ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐๐ง๐ญ๐๐ซ-๐ฆ๐๐๐ข๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐ก๐จ๐ญ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐๐ฉ๐ก๐ฒ ๐๐ฑ๐ก๐ข๐๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง 2026: : "๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ 8.0". This event is meant for ๐๐จ๐๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ฌ ๐๐ง๐ ๐ฆ๐๐๐ข๐๐๐ฅ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ around the country who have enthusiasm for photography. The โ๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐โ is here!

๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐:
1. Send your photos to [email protected]
2. Please write in the subject line: "Artistic Aesthetics 8.0 Submission"
3. The email body: (no entries will be accepted without the proper details on email body.)
The email must contain the required information:
โข Participantโs name
โข Institution name (Full)
โข Address
โข Total number of photos in each section [Camera/Mobile]
โข Contact number
When we receive your entry with details, we will let you know via email/text via your contact number.
๐๐๐๐๐ & ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐:
1. Photographs must be clicked by self, NO PLAGIARISM ALLOWED
2. Photographs that include sculptures, statues, paintings, and other works of art will be accepted as long as they do not constitute copyright infringement or fraud
3. The photograph must be the sole work of the entrant. By entering, the entrant confirms that the photograph does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity, or intellectual property rights of any person or entity and that no other party has any right, title, or claim in the photograph
4. The photograph must not contain obscene, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate content
5. Photographers will be notified about the registration process, fees, and deadlines after the result are published. If any โselectedโ photographer fails to complete the registration process within the registration deadline his/her photograph(s) will be disqualified and priority will be given to the waiting list
6. Judges & curators hold the right of altering any selected images (e.g. cropping, conversion to black and white, flipping etc.)
7. JRRMC-PC holds the right to examine the authenticity of the photograph/source material to confirm compliance with these rules
8. JRRMC-PC can use the submitted photographs for promotional activities, but JRRMC-PC will not use any photograph for business purposes
9. Photos with watermarks are not eligible for submission.
10. JRRMC-PC is not responsible for lost, illegible, incomplete, damaged, or misdirected entries, which may be disqualified.
11. Photo submission is ๐ ๐๐๐. But after judging photographers selected for exhibition will have to pay ๐๐๐/- Tk for each selected photo in ๐๐๐๐/๐๐๐๐๐๐/๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ & ๐๐๐/- Tk for each selected photo in ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐.
*If one participant has more than one selected photo, he/she has to pay ๐๐๐๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐/- (๐๐๐ฆ๐๐ซ๐ ๐๐๐ญ๐๐ ๐จ๐ซ๐ฒ) & ๐๐๐/- (๐ฆ๐จ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ ๐๐๐ญ๐๐ ๐จ๐ซ๐ฒ) for each additional photo.
12. Only Doctors and Medical students from all over the country are requested to submit photographs

If, for any reason the exhibition is not capable of running as planned or any other causes beyond the control of JRRMC-PC that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this exhibition, JRRMC-PC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change the event date and places.
Finally, we believe that itโs not us, itโs you who can make this exhibition a successful one with your photographs. As we know itโs not just your photo, itโs a part of your life you are sharing with us, cheers!
