About this Event
Shiftworks is hosting an in-person artist information session for those interested in applying for the public art opportunity with Citizens Live at The Wylie, Pittsburgh’s newest music venue located in the Lower Hill. During this session, Shiftworks staff will go over the application process and answer any questions artists may have regarding the project or process.
About the Opportunity
Shiftworks Community + Public Arts has been hired by Live Nation to manage artist selection and implementation of a new mural for Citizens Live at The Wylie. A joint venture of Fenway Sports Group and Live Nation, the 4,000 capacity venue is named in tribute to Wylie Avenue, a historic center for music and nightlife in the Hill District. The new facility is scheduled to open in the latter half of 2026.
