Join us for an open house hands-on community archiving and collaging event where personal memories become collective history. Participants are invited to bring copies of photos, letters, flyers, or stories that reflect their lived experiences, families, and neighborhoods. Through collage-making, we’ll explore how everyday materials can preserve culture, identity, and shared memory. No art experience is needed—materials will be provided, and all are welcome. This is a space for creativity, storytelling, and honoring community histories together.Bring your physical or digital family photos to be scanned, printed, and preserved. Collages will be created using copies of your archives made on-site. If you don’t have photos or personal materials you’d like to use, photos and images will be provided. Light refreshments will be available for attendees.
This event is free and open to the public and registration is not required, but attendees are encouraged to RSVP. Tickets are not required for admission.
