My talk is about my field of Plasma Art. I’ll begin with a brief description of what
this fourth state of matter is, and which I will attempt to justify its actually being the
first state of matter. I will also describe where it comes from and how we achieve it
here on Earth and then how we use it as an artistic medium. I will show works from
my multifaceted career which evolved into a number of diverse directions and how I
built a studio practice for 40+ years blending this 50:50 mix of art and science.
