ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:

At age 19, Cole Elbel moved from the country side of central Pennsylvania to Chicago, Illinois. Landing a job in Americas top catering company, Blueplate Chicago. Cole quickly found himself in a world met with culinary edge and precision on the grandest scale. Rising quickly through the ranks, Cole sharped his hospitable edge executing events in Chicago's vast landscape. In his free time, Cole would step on the improv comedy stages through the city to help people forget about daily struggles with laughter.

In 2020, The Uptown neighborhood found itself a new pizza chef selling hot pies off his balcony, even delivering pizzas off the back of his motorcycle to the financial district downtown. It wasn't long before Fast Eddie's Woodfire was founded. Chef Cole has brought his contagious vigor to DC very recently.

He specializes woodfired cooking, artisan pasta making, and exceptional service. Chef Cole's pasta making classes have proven to be a consistent sellout in Chicago. Now, it's DC's turn.
