A combination of education, Arthritis specific exercise, and long-term wellness planning and goal setting. Each 60-minute workshop will feature 10 minutes of classroom-style discussion covering principles of exercise for Arthritis and pain management, with an overview of exercise safety and an introduction to general exercise.
