Artful Restoration: Winter Solstice

Join us for a sacred Winter Solstice journey of reflection, restoration, and renewal. As the longest night gives way to the returning light, we’ll gather in community to honor the closing of this year and consciously prepare for the one ahead.

Our evening begins with an expressive art activity designed to help you review and release the experiences, lessons, and energies of the past year. From there, we’ll move into a grounding yin yoga practice to soften the body, calm the mind, and create spaciousness for what’s next.

You’ll then be guided through a soothing sound bath and Reiki-infused healing session, allowing deep rest, energetic clearing, and alignment. We’ll close our time together by creating vision boards—intuitive visual maps of your intentions, desires, and direction for the new year.
