Art, Yoga and You!

Using the Chakras (Energy Centers) as a structure, we will explore the connection between doing Yoga and making art. In each class we will divide our time between doing gentle Chair Yoga and making beautiful art. As the Chakras move from earth to heaven, each class will build upon the previous class. No Yoga props or mats required. Art supplies are not included. Please bring your own personal art supplies for creating a painting, drawing, or collage. Series of 4 classes.
