ART x YOGA
Heart Chakra Slow Flow + Sound Bath
Join us for a slow, heart-opening yoga flow and sound bath in a multiculturally immersive environment full of historical Pan-African charm. This gentle evening class is a chance to explore the heart chakra, the center of love for oneself and others, to get in touch with compassionate energy, empathy, and forgiveness. Class will wind down with a meditative crystal quartz singing bowl sound bath during an extended savasana enhanced with optional essential oils. This class will give you the space to unwind, release, and renew.
We kindly ask that you bring your own yoga mat.
Refreshments and light bites will be provided as a token of our appreciation of hosting you!
MEET THE INSTRUCTOR
Emily Dalgo is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher based in Seattle, WA.
She currently teaches weekly vinyasa and flow classes at 8 Limbs Yoga Center and Lululemon University Village Experiential Store. She has taught at the University of Washington through UW Recreation, where she also assists with UW’s 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. Emily has extensive corporate yoga experience, having led classes for teams at Apple, Uber, Rover, and many more. As a Fitness Pro with Fitness Pro Travel Inc., Emily travels to teach yoga abroad at luxury resorts to guests from all over the world.
