Afrobeat Yoga Flow and Crystal Sound Bath
Join us for our first Immersive Art/Yoga experience and become one with our curated cultural mood-scape.
Unwind, realign, and step into the present moment with Afrobeats balance, where the chill rhythms of lofi beats meet mindful movement.
Breathing practices and soothing, ambient beats will guide your slow flow, allowing you to find a peaceful escape on your mat.
Experience the balance of sound and movement and give yourself time to just be.
All levels welcome.
We kindly ask that you bring your own yoga mat.

MEET THE INSTRUCTOR
Emily Dalgo is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher based in Seattle, WA.
She currently teaches weekly vinyasa and flow classes at 8 Limbs Yoga Center and Lululemon University Village Experiential Store. She has taught at the University of Washington through UW Recreation, where she also assists with UW’s 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. Emily has extensive corporate yoga experience, having led classes for teams at Apple, Uber, Rover, and many more. As a Fitness Pro with Fitness Pro Travel Inc., Emily travels to teach yoga abroad at luxury resorts to guests from all over the world.
