About this Event
We will listen to a prerecorded guided meditation that will have binaural beats playing - which require both ears to listen. Feel free to bring you own phone and a headset/earbud (I will have a couple extra headphones just in case you forget). I will have the YouTube link available in class to access the meditation. Participants can bring their own art supplies and alternate seat/cushion/blanket/yoga mat for their comfort while listening to the guided meditation (optional). You can also bring a notebook or journal to document your findings. We will discuss our findings at the end of the session and I’d love to hang your finished project on the wall for others to view during my residency. This will culminate in an open studio session at the end of my residency to showcase all of the participants work and to allow for a brief discussion about my work and findings.
