Cardio & Ice Cream is a summer time family favorite outing, and always a fun time 😉Our classes are designed for all levels of fitness, and every stage of motherhood as our instructors are certified to teach pregnant & postpartum moms. Our instructor will lead you through a 30min cardio workout, designed to meet you where you're at that day. Modifications can be given at any time.
This class is free for current members, active pass holders, and first timers*
Partners and family members of the mom are welcome to participate as well 😄
Moms: After your first free class it’ll be
$5 per adult at any other Cardio & Ice Cream Class that you want to attend.
On August 14, we’ll be meeting outside at the back of Ozzie’s Ice Cream. We’ll move as a group to the park behind Ozzie’s to do our 30min class. Afterwards, we’ll head back to Ozzie’s to enjoy some yummy ice cream and hangout.

Children 5 years and younger MUST remain in stroller at all times when exercising out with group. Older kids must remain stationary during each workout station. We recommend a wagon, lawn chair, blanket, or yoga mat placed beside you for them to sit on during the workout. Older kids are welcome to walk, ride their bike, or ride a scooter as we move around the park- BUT must remain beside you as we move.
Class moves often and will travel around the park in between stations.
Little ones from Infants 6 weeks old and up are welcome! Or moms can come solo.
What to bring to class:
- Dress in comfortable workout clothes and shoes.
- Any stroller or wagon will work, but kids must to be strapped in safely and remain in stroller/wagon.
- Workout mat (yoga mat or towel works great)
- Water, toys, and snacks for you and kid(s)
- Sunscreen and bug spray
- stroller fans for your little one and for yourself is always cooling 😎
Invite a mom friend and have her enroll to come with you, or make a friend there! 😄
You’re welcome to stop anytime to take a break, to breastfeed, to give a bottle, to give a snack, or tend to your little one. Just jump back in when you’re ready. You’ll be with a group of moms ready to support you.
