About this Event

These sessions are facilitated by trained and experienced counsellors in group-based setting that provides an opportunity to connect with other carers and express thoughts and feelings with art. No artistic experience necessary! All art materials will be provided. Morning tea will also be provided.

Sessions will be held weekly on Wednesdays 13th, 20th and 27th May 2026. We recommend attending all sessions to get the most from the experience. Participants may also be required to complete a wellbeing assessment to determine suitability and provide best supports prior to commencement of the group.

Please note: To be eligible to attend this event, participants must be Australian residents living in South-Western Sydney or Nepean Blue Mountains regions in New South Wales, Australia. Participants must also be registered with Carer Gateway. We can assist with new registrations for eligible participants.
