Join Sarah Keating, Professional Art Therapist (RCT-C), for a monthly art therapy group focused on using creativity as a tool for grounding, emotional expression, clarity, and self-connection. This group invites participants to explore their inner experiences in a gentle, accessible way - no art experience is required, only curiosity and openness.Together we will:
- Use guided art-making to explore emotions, sensations, and patterns connected to disordered eating and body image.
- Practice grounding and regulation tools through creative and somatic exercises, such as bilateral scribbling, journaling, and reflective art prompts.
- Build self-compassion and deepen understanding of different parts of ourselves in a supportive group space.
