Welcome to our Art, Energy, and Healing Group — a space designed to nurture your emotional, creative, and energetic well-being. This group is co-facilitated by a licensed mental health therapist, who guides the process through the lens of art therapy and emotional exploration, and a Reiki practitioner and sound bowl healer, who supports the group through energy balancing and sound-based healing.Together, we create a gentle and grounding environment where art-making, mindfulness, and sound come together to promote self-expression, stress relief, and personal growth. Each session will include guided creative exercises, opportunities for reflection and sharing, and moments of sound and energy work to help you reconnect with your inner calm and intuition.
No prior art experience is needed — the focus is on process, not product. You’re invited to come as you are, explore freely, and discover the healing potential of creativity and vibration.
