Aimed at the homeschooling community in the Abilene area, Art Smarts is a great program designed for tweens and teens with an interest in the arts at your Main Library. For this month, we’ll be studying the artistic styles of Henri Matisse, a French visual artist known for his use of color and his body of work in the medium of cut paper collage. After learning about the artist, we’ll supply all the materials for you to get hands-on with making your own collages in his style.
