✨Step Into Spring: Join us for a Walking Meditation in the Gallery 🌸🎨✨As nature awakens, so can we—moving mindfully through the vibrant energy of art and renewal. Spring is a time of fresh beginnings, just like each step we take with presence and awareness. Surrounded by inspiring artwork, we’ll slow down, breathe deeply, and connect with the creative pulse of the season. This gentle journey will refresh your mind and spirit. Come reset, reflect, and embrace the beauty of spring—inside and out. 🌿🚶‍♀️🌸 Facilitated by yoga instructor Emily Lamberty on the hour between 12-4pm
✨ After the meditation or just on your own you’ll have the opportunity to let your creativity flow with a contribution to the Art on Main Springtine Palette Community Canvas. Choose a color, pick up a brush, and add your own design to the canvas. Together, we’ll create a beautiful spring masterpiece!
