Tracing Your Inner Landscape Through Art, Breath, & ListeningStep into the “Traces of Change” exhibition at SPAACES Art Gallery and explore the connection between art and inner awareness. This immersive experience weaves gentle breathwork, soothing sound, and mindful viewing of the artwork to invite you to witness both the art on the walls and the landscapes within yourself. As the art invites exploration of memory, narrative, and social shift, our shared breath and waves of vibration invite inner reflection and release.

We’ll begin seated with a grounding breathwork and visualization meditation. From there, you’re invited to recline for a sound immersion designed to calm the nervous system and encourage well-being.
Stacy Tarter Fradkin will shape a resonant soundscape with crystal bowls, spoken words related to the exhibit, and ancestral instruments. Erika Cain supports your comfort before and during your journey, guides your breath, and weaves in complementary sounds.
At the end of the experience, you are encouraged to view the art again…this time with renewed perception, as if you were seeing through sound.
