Each program will include hands-on experience with a citizen science project paired with an associated art project. Participants will take home their project, supplies, and any tools needed to complete the project.
In this program, we will explore documenting plastics for science and crochet reusable, natural fiber cleaning cloths. These washable cloths are great as washcloths, dishcloths, or dusting cloths. Instructions for collecting and submitting data and the crochet project will be provided during the program – no experience required! Your program fee covers the supplies needed to make multiple cloths from gray yarn.
