Master the art of capturing compelling portraits. Learn how to use natural and studio lighting, pose subjects confidently, and use your camera settings effectively to create striking, professional-looking portraits.
This class features a lecture and a live model shoot. There will be Sony demo gear available for students to use during the model shoot.
Whether you’re photographing clients, friends, or building a portfolio, this class will give you the tools to elevate your portrait work.
You will be able to try out what you learned during the lecture while you participate in the live model shoot. You will also be able to try out a variety of Sony’s mirrorless cameras and lenses.

- Posing and directing subjects
- Composition and background control

Instructor Bio:
Karla Campos Is a Sony Tech Specialist and member of Sony Imaging Solutions. With over 10 years of photography experience, Karla has developed her passion for photography through storytelling. Stories are what drive her photography. Karla loves meeting new people and spreading her knowledge and passion for photography with others. She loves to travel and has the opportunity to do so as a Sony Camera Tech Rep. Karla enjoys sharing her knowledge of the latest products and technology in photography with dealers and customers.
