In this programme students will experience a wide range of exercises that combine the Art of Kinesiology with elements of yoga, Pilates, contortion, gymnastics, ballet, resistance training and pre-hab exercises.
You will explore the science behind body movement to improve endurance and range of motion, to strengthen muscles and stabilise joints.
Using isolated active-flexibility exercises, you will progress towards developing skills on a larger scale – especially important if you wish to transform your physical practice, prevent injury, extend training longevity and lift your practice to the next level.
