Come and learn how to use art journaling as an effective way to support your wellbeing.
"Art Journaling is a creative and healing practice that is accessible to many abilities. It’s a life long tool to process emotions or record memories. It’s been a life saver for me at times and I have had some very positive feedback from people who I have taught this in previous workshops."
Over four sessions she will equip you with lifelong tools while having fun and building a supportive network of like minded people. A different aspect of art journaling will be covered in each session.
Cost = £20 per session - payment accepted in installments.
