Art journaling is great for stress relief and healing. It is a way of creatively expressing your emotions on the page with no rules or expectations. In this class, a wide variety of expressive materials will be provided, and you will be guided through a reflective art journaling activity. At the end of the workshop, we will share our creations & discuss them as a group. All levels of experience are encouraged.
