🍋Lots to share from some of the wonderful workshops last week and introduce NEW WORKSHOPS live on the website .🍋🌸First up is the Dandelion Cafe the cafe that will always hold a place in my heart and one i’m grateful for .
🍋When I took the leap of faith to walk away from my career, to start my own business, Mairi Darroch gave me some hours which helped me to pay bills while building up my own business .
🌸It’s a hive of creativity from amazing chefs, bakers, published authors, opera singers, PT’s to many more have all and do work there … Mairi is all for supporting others and especially creatives .
🍋Last week we held out second ART in the Park where we spent 2 hours painting with coffee .
🌸It was relaxing
🌸It was calming
🌸It was inspiring
🌸It was joyful .
🍋These workshops are all about the creative process and huge therapeutic benefits we get from it .
My passion is sharing my own journey with creativity and inspiring others to get creative for their own well-being .

🍋reduces pain ( we can retrain our neuropathways away from the pain through creativity )

These workshops are created that you may gain some insights, tips and techniques to encourage you on your own creative journey - while benefiting from the impact on your wellbeing .
🍋The next workshop is on the 13th August where I will take you step by step through the process of creating beautifully painted watercolour bouquets which last until the end of time .
