Art In The Bend is a Richmond Texas eclectic celebration of the arts in all its form. Okay, mostly visual arts, performance arts, culinary, musical and so much more. Bark In The Park brings our four-legged friends to the day with a parade and prize awarded category contest.This annual tradition takes over the historic downtown focused on and around Morton Street to bring to the community a joyful celebration of the arts, good food, great shopping and surprises.
