Art in Nature: Poetry Writing in the Woods

City of Aurora naturalist and poet, David F., will lead participants on a poetry-filled tour of Star K Ranch, mixing our natural neighbors and the wonder of the written word! Admire and learn about spring’s beauty and the signs of new life while you create your own unique nature poetry. After having a group discussion at the nature center, we'll head outside and hike about 1.5-2 miles with minimal elevation change along gravel paths in a cottonwood wetland for inspiration before heading back to the nature center to finish our works.
