Spring has sprung and the carnival has begun!
Come join us for a delightful 4-hour art workshop in celebration of the carnival of flowers. In this immersive session, you’ll learn to paint a beautiful Budgie in your choice of colour. Our expert instructor will guide you through each step, ensuring you leave with a masterpiece that captures the essence of spring (or the knowledge to finish your piece at home).
Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced artist, this workshop offers you the opportunity to try a new medium, enhance your skills and celebrate the season’s beauty.
All materials are provided, and you will take your own special artwork!

About the Tutor: Shani White
Shani is a Toowoomba local originally from Papua New Guinea. Growing up surrounded by the beautiful tropical birds of her childhood built the foundation for her artistic practice. She fell in love with their amazing feathers, beaks, claws and quirky behaviour and strives to capture their unique personalities in her work.
Shani's work can be found in private collections across Europe, United States, Africa and Australia and has been featured in several interior design publictions. Her work is a contempary reflection of these sweet little subjects with a style inspired by watercolours but in the modern application of acrylic on canvas.

MyArt Studio Booking & Cancellation Policy
Fees
Ticket prices ensure that we can provide professional art tutors. Each ticket covers the total duration of the event for one student to attend. Fees do not include art materials. Please book into a workshop at least one month prior to its commencement if possible. This will secure your spot in the class and allow us to confirm tutor bookings. If there are insufficient tickets booked, workshops may be cancelled.
Cancellation of enrolment by you
If you choose to withdraw from a course or workshop up to one month before its commencement, you will be charged a $25 administration fee. The remainder (minus Eventbrite fees) will be refunded. If you choose to withdraw from a course or workshop within 1 month of its commencement, you will be charged a $25 administration fee and the remainder (minus Eventbrite fees) will only be refunded if the position can be filled.
Missed Classes
Once a workshop has commenced there are no refunds. MyArt Studio cannot accept responsibility for changes to students' personal circumstances that prevent attendance. Classes missed are the student’s responsibility and are non-refundable. Students are not entitled to a discount or ‘make-up’ class if they miss a class for any course, they are enrolled in.
Cancellations of workshops by us
In the event of a class being cancelled due to insufficient enrolments, a full refund will be given.
